Kristie Ahn
Kristie Ahn (b. June 1992) - as a testament to her perseverance, Ahn qualified for the 2019 U.S. Open, at which she secured the first three Grand Slam wins of her career, advancing her to the Round of 16, making her the most successful Korean-American female tennis player to date. Her 2019 return to the U.S. Open's main draw has been her only return to same following her 2008 U.S. Open debut at the age of 16. In 2018, she also qualified for the Australian Open, and earlier in 2019, Ahn qualified for Wimbledon.
In 2014, Ahn graduated from Stanford University, where she was also a tennis star.
