​Ha Seung-Jin (하승진;​ b. August 1985) - the only Korean professional basketball player to have played in the NBA, he was the 46th overall pick (2nd round) of the Portland Trail Blazers in the 2004 NBA Draft.

At 7 ft 3 in, 305 lb, he was among the largest players in the NBA, and he was with the Trail Blazers from 2004 to 2006. Aside from his short-lived NBA career, he played for Yonsei University and was a member of the South Korea national basketball team. He currently plays for Jeonju KCC Egis. ​
