Choi Min-Jeong (최민정; b. September 1998) - a world champion in various short track speed skating events, Choi won two of the five Gold Medals for South Korea at the 2018 PyeongChang Winter Olympics - women's 1500m individual event and women's 3000m relay event.
At the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics, Choi defended her 1500m Gold Medal from 2018, while also earning 2 Silver Medals in the 1000m and 3000m relay events. With a combined total of 5 medals from the 2018 and 2022 Winter Olympic Games – 3 Gold and 2 Silver – Choi has become one of the most decorated South Korean Olympic Champions of all time.
